Village Court

what is Village Court  ?

 
In the judicial system, the village court has been formed to ensure easy access to the poor people of the country. Village authorities have been established so that the poor people of the village can easily and secure their rights at nominal level. In this court, it is possible to settle the small disputes of the village easily before it becomes bigger. In order to strengthen the foundation of justice in rural areas, Bangladesh Government established village court through an ordinance in 2006.
